Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 1st of the year 2025

Welcome to Letters Forever. Please review the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Service Overview

Letters Forever (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a letter and greeting card holding and mailing service (“Service”). Customers (“you,” “your”) can use our services by sending us letters and/or greeting cards, which we then mail out through the United States Postal Service (“USPS”) to the addressee, within a specific time frame, following all USPS guidelines.

2. USPS Guidelines

Letters Forever adheres to all USPS rules and regulations. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of the USPS.

3. No Guarantee of Delivery

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure your items are mailed promptly:

  • Letters Forever is not responsible for any lost, delayed, damaged, or undelivered letter or card. 
  • We do not guarantee delivery times, arrival conditions, or receipt of letters, cards.

4. No Tracking or Return Policy

Once a letter, or greeting card, is received by Letters Forever:

  • Letters Forever does not provide the return of any letter or greeting card. Letters Forever does not issue refunds or credits at any time, for any reason.
  • There is no tracking available for your letter or greeting card.
  • There is no option for retrieval, return, or cancellation after the letter or greeting card received by us.
  • You acknowledge that once you send a letter or greeting card Letters Forever, you relinquish possession and Letters Forever is under no obligation to retrieve, or hold the letter or greeting card beyond the agreed period. There is no ability for Letters Forever to return a letter or greeting cards to you.

5. Prohibited Letters and Greeting Cards

  • Letters and Greeting Cards that contain electronic devices of any kind, including but not limited to singing greeting cards, sound modules, lights, batteries, or any electronic components(s).
  • Hazardous materials, illegal substances, or any item prohibited by USPS guidelines.

Any letter or greeting card that is received by Letters Forever that appears to contain electronic devises of any kind, sound modules, lights, batteries, or any or any other electronical component, will be discarded without notice, and without refund.

6. No Liability

Under no circumstances will Letters Forever, its owners, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of mail, emotional distress, loss of business, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and other intellectual property related to Letters Forever are the property of Letters Forever and/or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without our express written permission.

Any unauthorized use of our trademarks or copyrighted material is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You will ensure all letters and greeting cards comply with these Terms and USPS regulations.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the addresses you provide accurate, correct and complete.
  • You are solely responsible for any letters and greeting cards you send to us to be mailed on your behalf.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Letters Forever, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs) arising from or in any way connected with your use of our service and/ or your violation of these Terms.

10. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the service after we post any modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified Terms.

At checkout or before submitting your order, you will be required to confirm the following acknowledgment:

  • I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
  • I understand that once I have provided the letter or greeting card to Letters Forever, there is no option for tracking, retrieval, or return.
  • I understand that Letters Forever is not responsible for any damage, delay, or non-delivery of the letter or greeting card once it has been provided to Letters Forever.
