Take your time and write your letter or greeting card by hand. Place it in its own envelope and address it to the person you’re writing to. Don’t forget to include your return address. We will provide postage up to one ounce.
Once you’re finished, seal the envelope so your words stay private until the moment they’re read.
On the back of each envelope, add a couple of important details so we know exactly when to send your letter. Write your Order Number in the upper left corner and your Requested Delivery Date in the upper right corner (for example, 11/24/2036).
You can choose a date as soon as 60 days from today, or schedule delivery up to 10 years into the future—whatever feels right for your letter.
Print a copy of your invoice and include it with your letters. Place everything together inside a larger manila envelope and address it to Letters Forever. You’ll find our mailing address on the invoice we emailed you.
Be sure to add your return address to the manila envelope. Then take it to your local post office so they can apply the correct postage or calculate it online using the
USPS Postage Calculator.
The rest is up to us. We store your letter in a secure, climate-controlled facility and mail it 5–7 business days before your selected date to help ensure it arrives on time. Each letter is handled with care and never opened or read by us. We care for your letter just as if it was from our own family.
