We take every precaution to keep your letters safe. However, once they’re in the mail, we’re not liable for lost, stolen, damaged or undelivered letters.

The earliest delivery date is 60 days from today.
We’ll send your letter to the address you provide via USPS. If it can’t be delivered, it will be returned to the return address written on the envelope.

We’ll store them securely, sealed and untouched, for up to 10 years (or any date you choose).

Please write the requested delivery date in ENGLISH NUMERALS (e.g., 12/25/2035 instead of other formats or languages) in the top right corner on the back of the envelope. This helps us process and schedule everything perfectly when the time comes. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference!
